It’s time to raid the kids Halloween candy buckets for the makings of some fun adult beverages! It is so easy to make infused vodka with starburst, or any other fruity candy really.

Infuse your vodka, mix it with some lemonade and you have the most refreshing cocktail around.

Ingredients for Starburst Infused Vokda Lemonade

The ingredient list is nice and short for this recipe. Here’s what you are going to need to make these tasty cocktails:

  • Starburst candies
  • Vodka: Since there are only three ingredients here, you really taste everything so make sure you use a quality vodka that you enjoy.
  • Strawberry Lemonade: I used pink starburst for my infused vodka so I decided to go with strawberry lemonade. If you go with a combination of starburst flavors you could use regular lemonade if you want.

All the Starburst Options

You have a few options when it comes to your starburst infused vodka. I went with the mini pink starburst because 1) I didn’t have to unwrap them and 2) I knew the pink would be delicious when combined with strawberry lemonade.

But you can use whatever variety you like. You can grab a bag of originals and unwrap all the flavor and proceed with the recipe. You can go with the original minis. You can pick a certain color. It’ll all be delicious my friends.

Make the Infused Vodka

It is SO simple to infuse vodka with fun flavors. All you need is a glass mason jar, vodka and starburst.

Unwrap your starburst candies (or buy the mini unwrapped ones if you’re looking for a shortcut like me). Place them in a mason jar.

Pour the vodka over the starburst, seal the jar and give it a good shake. Leave it in a dark place like a cabinet or your pantry.

Infuse for three days. You can do longer if you want but three days will give you tons of flavor. Shake a few times a day.

Mix Up Your Drinks

Strain out any starburst chunks that may still be hanging aroud in the vodka. Eat them as a boozy snack or toss them.

Fill your favorite cocktail glass with ice then top with vodka and lemonade. Stir with a straw and enjoy.
