Ingredients for Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

The ingredient list is short and sweet for this one. And I’m betting you already have most of what you need.

  • Peanut butter
  • Honey
  • Old-fashioned oats
  • Vanilla extract
  • Kosher salt
  • Peanut butter chips

How to Make No Bake Peanut Butter Balls

These are super simple to make and will only take a few minutes of prep and some fridge time.

Throw all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with a spatula. Once mixed, it’s time to shape them into balls.

Using a tablespoon, scoop a bit of the mixture into your hand. Roll into balls and place in a container with a lid.

Continue until you’ve rolled all of the peanut butter mixture. You’ll have about 30 tablespoon sized peanut butter balls.

Stack them all in your container and seal with a lid. Refrigerate until you’re ready to eat them. They don’t have to be refrigerated the whole time but they keep their shape better this way and I prefer them chilled too.

Tips for Making

The mixture is pretty sticky which can lead to quite messy hands when rolling. I like to spray my hands with nonstick spray before rolling the peanut butter balls.

This keeps the mixture from becoming a sticky, gloopy mess and makes the process way easier.

I used one of my tablespoon measuring spoons to portion these out but you can also get a mini cookie scoop that is the same size.
