Ingredients for Slow Cooker Italian Pork

This is the easiest recipe ever. I’m not even sure we should call it a recipe. Here’s what you will need:

  • Pork tenderloin: I used a 1.5 pound pork loin for this recipe but you could easily make a larger one if needed. You just may need to cook it a little longer.
  • Italian dressing: Grab your favorite bottle of Italian dressing or make it homemade if you’re feeling fancy. You’ll need 3/4 cup of dressing.

How to Make Italian Pork

Again, this is the easiest. Place the pork tenderloin in your slow cooker then pour the Italian dressing over top.

Set slow cooker to high and cook for 3 to 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Once it’s falling apart, shred it with two forks and enjoy.

How to Serve Slow Cooker Italian Pork

There are so many ways to enjoy this delicious pork. Here are a few of my favorite ideas.

This pork is so good over some creamy mashed potatoes or butter rice for a rice bowl situation.

It’s also so dang good on a crusty baguette with mayo, lettuce and tomato.

It would also be a great option to add some protein and bulk to your favorite salad.
