These No Bake Peanut Butter Balls are the perfect after school snack. Packed with healthy oats, peanut butter, honey and peanut butter chips, they are the perfect grab and go treat.
Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla to a large bowl. Stir until combined. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Using a tablespoon, portion out the mixture and roll into balls. Place in a container that has a lid.
Once all the mixture is rolled into balls, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow them to set a bit. Keep in refrigerator for best results. They are fine at room temperature but get a little soft.
