Ingredients
2Tablespoonsunsalted butter
16 ounce bagfrozen corn
1 1/2Tablespoonshoney
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
4Tablespoonscream cheese, cut into small pieces
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the butter and allow to melt. Add frozen corn and stir to coat. Once corn has started to thaw, stir in honey, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring often, until corn is hot and bubbly. Stir in cream cheese and cook another two minutes.
