Ingredients
1cupgood quality extra virgin olive oil
8garlic cloves
Instructions
Heat a small saucepan over low heat. Add olive oil. While oil is warming, peel 8 cloves of garlic. Smash with the back of a knife.
Add garlic cloves to the oil. Bump heat to medium-low and bring to a light simmer. Continue cooking for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely. Pour into a bottle and seal. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
