A fun twist on the classic cheeseburger, these Cheeseburger Wraps feature ground beef, cheese, burger sauce, lettuce, tomato and pickles all wrapped up in a flour tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef, 85/15
  • 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 4 slices cheddar, or 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Pickles
  • 1 batch homemade burger sauce

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and break up with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned. Drain most of the grease. Add worcestershire sauce, mustard and ketchup. Stir until well combined. Top with cheese and allow to melt.
  • Lay out flour tortillas. Top each with a fourth of the ground beef. Layer lettuce, tomato and pickle on top. Drizzle with burger sauce. Wrap tightly, cut in half and serve.
