Thinly sliced flank steak in a delicious Asian marinade and threaded onto skewers make up these delicious Grilled Steak Kabobs. Sure to be a summertime favorite.
Slice flank steak thinly against the grain of the meat. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together garlic, sesame seeds, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and ground ginger. Add steak to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for 4 hours to overnight.
Heat grill over medium heat (around 350 degrees). Thread steak slices onto skewers. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
