Thinly sliced flank steak in a delicious Asian marinade and threaded onto skewers make up these delicious Grilled Steak Kabobs. Sure to be a summertime favorite.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. flank steak
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  • Slice flank steak thinly against the grain of the meat. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together garlic, sesame seeds, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and ground ginger. Add steak to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for 4 hours to overnight.
  • Heat grill over medium heat (around 350 degrees). Thread steak slices onto skewers. Grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
