Roasted Green Beans
These easy Roasted Green Beans make a super easy weeknight side dish. 20 minutes and done.
Servings 4 servings
- 12 oz. fresh green beans, end cut off
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place green beans on a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss well then spread into a single layer.
Roast for 15 minutes, flip and cook another 5 minutes.
