Ingredients

  • 12 oz. high quality dark or semi sweet chocolate, chopped or in chip form
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 oranges, zested

Instructions

  • Add chocolate, heavy cream and orange zest to a fondue pot or sauce pan. Heat over low. Stir constantly until melted.
