Ingredients
1lb.ground beef
1lb.ground sausage
3/4cupfinely diced pepperoni
1Tbsp.minced garlic
2largeeggs
1/2tsp.kosher salt
1/2tsp.black pepper
1Tbsp.Italian seasoning
3/4cupbread crumbs
2cupsshredded mozzarella, divided
1/2cuppizza sauce
Instructions
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground Italian sausage, diced pepperoni, garlic, eggs, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, bread crumbs and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Place meat mixture on the prepared baking sheet and form into a 10-inch log. Spread pizza sauce over the top of the meatloaf and sprinkle with remaining cup of mozzarella cheese. Create a foil tent and place over the meatloaf, making sure it doesn't touch the cheese.
Bake for 1 hour. Remove the foil and bake an additional 10 to 20 minutes, until no longer pink. The internal temperature should be 160 degrees F.
