Ingredients
6sausage links, cut into 1-inch slices
1red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
2cupsfresh broccoli florets
1largesweet potato, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1largerusset potato, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
3Tbsp.olive oil
1tsp.garlic powder
1tsp.onion powder
1tsp.kosher salt
1tsp. black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Add sausage, peppers, broccoli, sweet and russet potatoes to the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt and pepper. Toss until fully coated.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping sausage and vegetables halfway through cooking time.
