Grilled Potato Wedges
Grilled Potato Wedges are the perfect summer side dish. Done in less than 30 minutes and packed with chargrilled flavor. Great with burgers and chicken.
Servings 4 servings
- 1 lb. potatoes, scrubbed clean and dried
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Heat grill to 400 degrees F. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Toss with olive oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.
Place wedges on preheated grill. Flip every 5 minutes, until fork tender. They will take 10 to 20 minutes, depending on their size. Remove from grill and enjoy.
