Ingredients
3 1/3cupsfrozen corn, thawed
8oz.cream cheese, cubed
1/3cupsour cream
1/2cupcrumbled blue cheese
6slicedbacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4tsp.kosher salt
1/4tsp.pepper
fresh cilantro
Instructions
Dump all ingredients into a crockpot and mix. Cook for 2 hours on low, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortillas chips or raw veggies for dipping. Top with cilantro if desired.
