Southern Ham Sliders

Put that leftover Easter ham to good use and make these Southern Ham Sliders. Sweet Hawaiian slider buns, creamy, flavorful pimento cheese and leftover ham slices make dinner a snap.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns, sliced in half
  • 12 oz. pimento cheese spread
  • 1 1/2 lbs. thick sliced ham
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grab a 13x9 pan and set aside.
  • Spread pimento cheese on both sides of the slider buns, about 1 tablespoon per side. Place the bottom of the buns in the 13x9 pan. Evenly divide the ham among the slider buns. Top with the top buns. 
  • In  a small bowl, whisk together butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder and garlic powder. Brush over the sliders. Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
