Meet your new morning favorite. Iced Irish Coffee includes a simple homemade (non-alcoholic) Irish creamer, cold brew coffee and a little brown sugar.

Ingredients

For Irish Creamer:

  • 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 + 1/8 tsp. almond extract

For Iced Irish Coffee:

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Irish creamer
  • Ice
  • Optional: Bailey's or Irish whiskey

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together half and half, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract and almond extract.
  • Add ice to a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients and close lid tightly. Shake for 10 seconds until cold and foamy. Pour into a glass filled with ice. If you don't have a cocktail shaker. Pour coffee in a glass filled with ice. Add creamer and brown sugar and stir vigorously until sugar is dissolved and coffee is foamy.
