One Pot Parmesan Pasta
One Pot Parmesan Pasta is a simple pantry staple dish you can have on the table in less than 20 minutes. Serve this creamy Parmesan pasta as a side dish to any weeknight meal.
- 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3 large garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 8 oz. short cut pasta
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups milk, preferably whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
Heat a large pot over medium-low heat, add butter and allow to melt. Add garlic and saute making sure not to burn. Add salt and pasta and stir to coat. Cook another minute or two.
Increase heat to medium and add the chicken stock and milk. Bring to a simmer and cook for 9 to 11 minutes, until pasta has reached desired doneness.
Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
