Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cups frozen peaches

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and fully combined. Add more milk if you want a thinner smoothie.
