Ingredients
1packageAnytime! Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls
2cupsheavy cream
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
pinch of salt
14 ounce cansweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Bake cinnamon rolls according to package directions. Frost cinnamon rolls then allow to cool. Once cool, dice three rolls into small bite-size pieces. Place remaining cinnamon rolls in an airtight container to enjoy later.
Pour heavy cream into a large bowl. Add vanilla and salt. Whip until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold in sweetened condensed milk. Add all but a few pieces of cinnamon roll to the mixture and fold again. Pour into a freezer safe container. Top with remaining cinnamon roll pieces. Cover and freeze for at least four hours or up to overnight.
