Ingredients
9oz.cheese tortellini
4oz.mozzarella cheese, cut into 28 cubes
2largegreen bell peppers, cut into 1-inch chunks
6oz.package pepperoni
10oz.cherry tomatoes
6oz.whole black olives
1/2cupItalian dressing
long toothpicks
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Rinse under cold water.
Put a tortellini on a toothpick. Thred with a mozzarella chunk, green pepper, a few pepperoni, cherry tomato, black olive and another tortellini. Place in a large container with a lid. Continue with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over the tortellini and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best if marinated in the dressing for a few hours.
