  • 9 oz. cheese tortellini
  • 4 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut into 28 cubes
  • 2 large green bell peppers, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 6 oz. package pepperoni
  • 10 oz. cherry tomatoes
  • 6 oz. whole black olives
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • long toothpicks

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Rinse under cold water.
  • Put a tortellini on a toothpick. Thred with a mozzarella chunk, green pepper, a few pepperoni, cherry tomato, black olive and another tortellini. Place in a large container with a lid. Continue with the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the dressing over the tortellini and refrigerate until ready to serve. Best if marinated in the dressing for a few hours.
