Instant Pot Apple Crisp

- 4 large apples, cored and cut in 1/2-inch slices
- 1/4 cup water
For the Crisp Topping:
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Add sliced apples to the Instant Pot. Pour water over the apples. Set aside.
Combine all the crisp topping ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the apples in the Instant Pot.
Seal Instant Pot and set to manual high for 5 minutes. Once done cooking allow to release naturally for 5 minutes before release the remaining steam.
