And don’t we all want a stupid easy dessert in the summertime?! We don’t have time to make intricate things. We need to be at the pool.
In comes this triple strawberry dump cake. YES to strawberries three ways.
The results are an ooey gooey bottom and a sweet, crunchy top. I’m pretty sure it’s a requirement that dump cake gets a big scoop of ice cream on top to finish it off.
This strawberry dump cake starts with two big cans of strawberry pie filling spread into a baking pan. Next up, sprinkle strawberry cake mix evenly on top of the strawberries. Just the powdered cake mix. Then it gets a hearty drizzle of butter and into the oven it goes.
It has all the best textures all in one. Plus, it could not get easier. Keep this one in mind for all your summer gatherings.
