Ingredients
1poundpotatoes, diced into 1-inch chunks
3/4poundfresh broccoli florets, cut into bite-size pieces
1Tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonkosher salt
2teaspoonslemon pepper
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Add potatoes and broccoli to a large rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Toss well to coat.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and flip. Bake another 10 minutes.
