Dinner couldn't get easier with this Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin. A quick marinade and air fry makes the juiciest, most flavorful pork around.

Ingredients
1/4cupolive oil
1Tablespoondijon mustard
1Tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1Tablespoonbrown sugar
2teaspoonsminced garlic
1/2teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1poundpork tenderloin
Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, salt and pepper. Add pork tenderloin and turn to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or up to overnight.
Remove pork tenderloin from the marinade and place in the basket of your air fryer. Air fry at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Flip pork and air fry another 7 minutes. Check the temperature of the pork at this point. You want it to be 145 degrees F. Add up to 4 minutes of cook time to reach the proper temperature. Once done, place pork on a cutting board and allow it to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
