Air Fryer Potato Wedges

These simple Air Fryer Potato Wedges are totally addictive and so easy to make. Grab a few potaotes, olive oil and your favorite spices for the best weeknight side dish.

  • 2 large russet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • If your air fryer requires preheating, heat to 400 degrees F. Pat the potato wedges dry with a kitchen towel or paper towel. Add to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add all the spices. Toss well.
  • Add potato wedges to your air fryer basket making sure they are in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches. Cook at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
