Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups baking mix
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

For the topping:

  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Add baking mix, kosher salt and 2 teaspoons garlic powder to a large bowl. Mix. Add melted butter, milk and sharp cheddar and mix until just combined.
  • Spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick spray. Using a cookie scoop, portion out 8 biscuits onto the prepared pan.
  • Bake biscuits for 10 to 12 minutes, until slightly golden. Combine melted butter, dried parsley and garlic powder. Brush over hot biscuits and serve.
