4Tbsp.unsalted butter
2cupswhite rice
1tsp.kosher salt
4cupschicken stock
Instructions
Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add butter and melt. Stir in rice and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly toasted.
Add salt and chicken stock to the pan and bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork.
