Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 2 cups white rice
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 4 cups chicken stock

Instructions

  • Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Add butter and melt. Stir in rice and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly toasted.
  • Add salt and chicken stock to the pan and bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork.
