Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups ketchup
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 3/4 cup coca cola
  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a medium sauce pan. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, stirring often. Use right away or let cool and store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
