- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (or kosher)
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced into 1/4-inch chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
In a medium bowl, mix together mayo, mustard, seasoned salt and black pepper. Gently stir in chopped eggs and pickles. Serve. Keep refrigerated.
