Ingredients

  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 cups powdered milk
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 tsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Store in an airtight jar.
  • To serve: add 1/3 cup hot cocoa mix to a standard mug. Pour 3/4-1 cup of hot milk into the mug and mix well. Top with marshmallows, if desired.
