Ingredients

  • 12 Rhodes Bake-N-Serv Texas Yeast Rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley

Instructions

  • Thaw and rise Rhodes rolls according to the package directions.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cheeses in a bowl and set aside.
  • On a floured surface, flatten a roll into a 1/4-inch disc. Sprinkle one half with 2.5 tablespoons of cheese. Fold dough over and pinch the edges to seal. Gently roll into a 12-inch rope and tie into a knot. Set on an ungreased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough, keeping 2 inches between each roll on the baking sheet.
  • Stir together the melted butter, minced garlic and dried parsley. Brush the rolls with half the butter. Bake for 18-22 minutes, until golden. Remove from the oven, brush with remaining butter and serve immediately.
