Microwave Mug Cake {Funfetti Style}
This funfetti Microwave Mug Cake is the perfect solution to your late night sweet tooth craving. Just a handful of ingredients and a few minutes to dessert.

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. cake batter flavoring (or sub vanilla extract)
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 + 1/8 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sprinkles
Instructions
- Add butter to your microwave safe mug. Melt in the microwave. Stir in vanilla extract, cake batter flavoring and milk. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and sprinkles to the mug and stir until just combined.
- Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 1 minute and 45 seconds. Be careful when removing mug from microwave, it may be hot.
