Ingredients
1/2tsp.kosher salt
1Tbsp.black peppercorns
2Tbsp.coarse black pepper
1Tbsp.Dijon mustard
1/2cupolive oil
1/4cupred wine vinegar
2-3clovesgarlic, chopped
Instructions
Add everything to a mason jar, close lid and shake well. Or whisk everything together in a bowl. Marinate chicken, beef, pork or veggies for 8 hours or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
