Ingredients
1cupold-fashioned oats
2cupswater
2Tbsp.heavy cream
2Tbsp.molasses
1/2tsp.kosher salt
1tsp.cinnamon
3/4tsp.ground ginger
1/4tsp.ground cloves
1/4tsp.nutmeg
1/2tsp.vanilla
1/4cupbrown sugar
Chopped pecans, for garnish
Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the pecans and sprinkles in the Instant Pot. Lock lid into place and seal pressure valve.
Set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes. Once done, allow for 5 minutes natural release. After 5 minutes, carefully release the remaining pressure by turning the valve. Top with chopped pecans and Christmas sprinkles, if desired.
