Instant Pot Apple Crisp is the perfect way to start fall. Warm spices, sweet and tart apples and a crumbly crisp topping. All in the Instant Pot without having to heat up the house.

Instant Pot Apple Crisp

  • 4 large apples, cored and cut in 1/2-inch slices
  • 1/4 cup water

For the Crisp Topping:

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted


  • Add sliced apples to the Instant Pot. Pour water over the apples. Set aside.
  • Combine all the crisp topping ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle evenly over the apples in the Instant Pot.
  • Seal Instant Pot and set to manual high for 5 minutes. Once done cooking allow to release naturally for 5 minutes before release the remaining steam.
