Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 can rotel
  • 2 cans mexicorn (also know as fiesta corn)
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Frito scoops

Instructions

  • Mix cream cheese, rotel, Mexicorn and cheddar cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Enjoy with Frito scoops.
