Homemade Croutons

  • 6 cups cubed French bread, day old preferred
  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt


  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place cubed bread in a large bowl. Toss with melted butter and olive oil until thoroughly coated. Sprinkle with spices and toss again. Dump onto a baking sheet and spread out into a single layer.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Allow to cool on baking sheet and enjoy.
