Halloween Queso Dip
Halloween Queso Dip is the perfect appetizer to fill up on before heading out for trick or treating. Spinach makes the queso green and ghoulish.
- 5 oz. thawed frozen spinach
- 1 1/2 cups half and half
- 1 lb. white American cheese (from the deli)
- 4 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- Tortilla chips
Wring all the liquid out of the spinach and add to a blender or food processor. Add half and half to the spinach and puree until completely smooth.
Pour spinach mixture into a saucepan over medium heat. Add all the cheeses and stir often until melted. Transfer to a slow cooker on set on warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
