How much did you love rainbow sherbet as a kid? Or was that just me? All those bright fruit flavors in every bite spoke to my soul. I don’t partake in it much these days but man does it bring me back when I do.

I took all the traditional flavors of rainbow sherbet and put it into a smoothie (without the actual sherbet) and the results are legit. This smoothie literally tastes like blended up rainbow sherbet and I want to drink it all day long.

Ingredient List

And I can if I want to because it’s packed with so much goodness. You only need a handful of healthy ingredients and a few minutes to be sipping one of these gorgeous smoothies.

The ingredient list is short and simple: frozen pineapple, frozen raspberries, 1 peeled orange, juice of 1 lime and some raspberry Greek yogurt. The fresh orange provides all the liquid needed to thin the smoothie out for a perfectly sippable texture.

I promise after you try it you will start keeping all the necessary ingredients on hand.

And can we talk about that color?! You know it’s going to be delicious just by looking at that gorgeous shade of pink.

If you don’t have frozen fruit, no need to worry. You can totally use fresh instead. Just be sure to throw in a handful of ice before blending to thicken the smoothie and give it that frosty texture.

Great Anytime of the Day

Smoothies are always a delicious option to start your day but I also love one for a little afternoon pick me up or even after dinner for something sweet. They have also become a very popular after school snack around here.

I’m totally not saying no when my kids are requesting a fruit packed snack.

You can also turn them into a fun frozen treat by pouring the smoothie into a popsicle mold and freezing. Nothing is more fun then getting to eat a popsicle for breakfast.
